Both days I was there I never received my wake-up call. That is why I gave the staff a poor rating.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff was very nice and very attentive (we were pleased to get a complementary bottle of champagne for my partner's birthday).
We paid more than we agreed when we booked on line (unknown hotel fees). The toilet of our junior suite was missing a toilet brush and bath curtains. Also, a list of prices for items in the minibar would have being very helpful.

bol som spokojný, ubytovanie splnilo moje očakávanie, takže nemám výhrady, personál veľmi príjemný, pri prípadnom pobyte v Prahe budem voliť pravdepodobne tento istý hotel

Everything was excellent. Value was great for location.
Air conditioning not very efficient. No shower curtain (not a big deal)
